How to deal with a PRETENTIOUS male coworker?

Those people feel like they need a crowd. I have a friend exactly like that, she needs people to tell her how hot she looks. It makes want to gag. Its definitely for the validation, they want to be envied, and feel like the sh*t. They can't settle for self satisfaction, and have to tell the whole world what they f*cking* ate for breakfast, along with every single detail that they think is cool. The best solution is to just sit there and laugh, in the end I find everything they say somewhat amusing and funny. Definitely don't take it personally, their mouth is just like a toilet, full of sh*t.
