I need a video converter!!!?

i suggest try out imtoo studio, since i personally use them. pretty good software, easy to use, uncomplicated and no confusing settings and menu (great for a beginner like me), though i think those complicated settings are available. lol lots of formats to choose from, too. they even have a bit rate calculator, so you can compress your file. check it out, really works for me and im pretty happy with it. :)
