1 am coming off of narcotic pain killers and ultram for about a year or two straight. Took them for knee injur

injury and also helped with migranes. I am wondering if anyone knows what anti-depressant would be the best to balance back out with the not having opiates in system. I know the body takes about 30-45 days to go back to normal, but I also know about the mind going into depression when quitting pain killers. Anyone know which one would work best? I took lexapro about 4 years back and it didnt help me, my depression got worse. thanks for the responses btw.
