Can someone translate this letter for me (to English). I think its in Czech. Someone sent this to me.?

It doesn't seem like spam. It's mostly some personal discussion about relationships and family. It could be Czech or Slovak. The author seems to be talking from outside of the Czech republic. It's probably a wrong E-mail address. You might want to drop the sender a letter to tell them.
