Std? Sore throat? Please help!?

These past few days I've acquired a sore throat. I didn't mind it much because I thought it was just some minor thing. But now i'm starting to notice Its not normal anymore. I have been coughing quite frequently, its beginning to get quite bothersome, I have noticed the back of my tongue has bumps and is white, and I can see white stuff in my tonsil area... Now I gave my boyfriend head a few weeks ago, and I'm utterly scared I have an STD. So I've researched and I've been bombarded with different answers. And I would like to get tested but I do not want my parents involved... Thanks in advance
