GIlmore Girls themed Sweet 16 sleepover. Any ideas?

I've decided to have a GG-themed sleepover for my 16th birthday. Just three friends over at my house. What are some good ideas that go along with the theme besides watching Rory's Sweet 16 and having Chinese food/poptarts/all sorts of crap food?
