Does anyone now the answer to this?

If you watch Comedy Central at nights you will now what I meen. When the brakes are about to come on a weird message always comes up there is also highlighted words that say something like tomorrow you knocked over! and things like that, its kinda spooky and my little sister actually thinks there true please help me and tell me what it means!
