How much should I expect it to grow?

You can go to your local "tac store" where the sell horse stuff and they have a shampoo called main and tail. It promotes growth and makes your hair shiny and untangled. It is safe. It runs about $10 a bottle but the bottle is pretty big. Just use it instead of reg shampoo!
