Does this sound reasonable?!?! please help.?

im not sure about the name it's a little to obvious but the powers awesome. i think he should be more in his teens like 15-18. the weakness is kinda lame make it something ironic like have him take on the mood that they had. . . like if some one is sad and he changes them to happy then he becomes sad. also instead of giving him super strength to make him a karate champion.
