What does this mean exactly for people on Medicare - "rewarding quality"?

You have good reason to be concerned, as quality is a vague term and America already has the best healthcare system in the world. Under Obamacare, quality will be judged not by mortality and morbidity tables, patient satisfaction or incidences of doctor and/or hospital error. Quality will be determined by how little money the government spends to keep you alive while still keeping you in the workforce so you can contribute to the financial well being of the state. Once you are no longer able to contribute financially to the government coffers, quality will be determined by how long it takes between your doctor telling you that your life is a worthless burden to your loved ones and the time you sign your euthanasia consent form. Our government is Evil, and this absolutely cannot be blamed on just Barack Obama. We are being overtaken by people who hate everything our country was founded upon and everything our veterans fought and died for. May God have mercy on all of us.
