The main title should go to the one who's both most athletic AND entertaining. Mid-card belts should go to guys being groomed for main event status. But it has to be believable, as somebody like Mysterio or Bourne would have almost no chance in hell against Kane, Big Show, Batista etc. In that case, tey're just so small it's hard to hurt anyone that much bigger than you.
