If I stab a black man because I dislike blacks, (I don't) and stab a white man because I wanted to rob him?

should I get a longer prison sentence because of the way I personally felt about the black man at the time of the stabbing? Sounds stupid, I know but this is the direction in which our nation is heading. Hate crimes and political correctness are completely unnecessary and ridiculous. Why not just let a crime be a crime no matter who is was perpetrated against?
